Our animals are not just pets; they are part of our family. We care deeply about their well-being and strive to provide them with a healthy and happy life. Through wildlife interactions and naturalistic care, we ensure that our animals thrive both physically and mentally. By creating spaces that mimic their natural habitats, we support their overall wellness. This includes providing ample room to roam, clean water, nutritious food, and opportunities for mental stimulation.
Birthday Programs
For our birthday animal experiences, customers can choose the animals that will be brought to the event. The animals available at each location may vary. To prioritize their well-being, we reserve the right to make similar substitutions if necessary. After scheduling your event, a confirmation email will be sent. The “Choose Animals” button within that email will show the most up-to-date list of available animals—there might even be new additions not yet listed on our site!
School Programs and Special Events
Animal selections for hands-on animal activities will be made by our instructor to fit the curriculum or to consider the well-being and temperament of the animals. Customers are welcome to make requests, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
